  • Mega box was convenient so I wanted to give it a try to fix the screen of my iPhone 6 despite the negative reviews. Happy to report that I had very positive experience! When I explained the problem I was having, the staff set appropriate expectations as there were various reasons why the screen could be malfunctioning. I also did my homework so I knew the type of answers to expect! Everything was taken care of in less than an hour even though there were two other customers there at the time I brought in my phone. I truly think management has taken the other customers' feedback to heart. The service was great, the staff were pleasant, and above all, the repair price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Mega Box to anyone I know.
