| - Although I would like to review this place higher. As when I first started going, it seemed like a decent place to go. The customers seemed happy and the staff were friendly. However, the last few times I've gone, have made me decide that this is not the place for me and its time to find another place.
You decide for your self but they are not honest with there pricing and the work done is so so.
1) . I had acrylics put on and it was a decent job other than one finger was done completely crooked. The price for acrylic and shellac and my daughter to get nail polish on her nails- was $30 + additional cost and tax because I didn't pay cash,. (I was told the shellac was $5)
2) I went to get a fill with shellac only - again $30 + additional cost and tax because I didn't pay cash,. I questioned this as a fill is always cheaper- and their sign EVEN says its like 10-15 cheaper. When I questioned this- they acted like they didn't understand me.
3) I went recently again to take off my nails and just put nail polish on. She told me I should get a manicure and to get it with shellac and told the price of $40 I said how much without shellac she told me $25. HOW IS IT THAT THE SHELLAC IS $15. So I said no, I'll have the manicure without the shellac. Anyhow taking off the nails was very painful, I got cut, I said not to cut my nails short- they were cut short. Some of the nail polish from my acrylic nails is still on my finger. one finger the glue wasn't fully taken off so all my nails are soft except one. Not impressed with the job at all. I have no problems with paying for a good job, and I always tip I've heard them give prices to others that have walked in and again its NOT based on their price board and I believe they make it up. (a girl walked in and asked to get nails taken off and re-done so they are longer- price $30. Refill- $30 Anyhow, I'm not impressed. And they have all methods of payment, but if you use anything other then cash they change the price when your ready to pay.
