It's great when everything is going well, but, when there is a mistake, don't expect them to do right by you. I had an appointment and my hair colorist had been double booked. My appointment was on the calendar but somehow the other person's appointment hadn't saved in the system. The other person had a card proving her appointment, and she had booked earlier. So the colorist took her and asked me to either see someone new or reschedule. I don't mind that she took the other person. But I sincerely feel that I should have been compensated in some way for my inconvenience. I will never come back here and encourage you to not take the risk either. They won't treat you right when push comes to shove.
