  • The worst experience ever !!! went for lunch and order the lunch special, which is the Jerk Chicken and rice and peas, after I ordered the food the lady was preparing it in the back then I realized that I forgot to order another special for one of my co-workers and she came back with my food and I apologized and asked if I can add another special to my order and she responded back " you should have told me before as I have other customers waiting and wont be able to do it" at this point I did not want to cause an issue as I am the customer and trying to spend money at their establishment which is beneficial to them, then I waited till everyone ordered their food. then I ordered the food again and waited another 10-15 minutes for the food. never had an such a rude and unprofessional service before. I will never go back there again, that's for sure. I hope she get some customer service training on how to talk to customer, and hopefully in the future she wont lose them never go there !!!! Its the PATTIE WORLD at 27 and steeles
