  • I don't know how this dealer even has two stars. Yelp should offer a zero-star rating. Customer service is non-existent. They don't care about their customers satisfaction (obvious by the copy/paste response you get on here from Robert to every bad review) Truly, I'm not sure how any of them sleep at night. Everyone from the sales department to service department is dishonest. This dealer gives Ford a bad name and should be shut down. I'll be going directly to Ford on this dealer and recommend people stay away if you can. Next time I'll just have a vehicle custom-built and skip these lying salesmen.
