  • My experience at Union Standard was amazing. I started with the Promenade cocktail which was mixed perfectly and was a perfect light start to my meal. For an appetizer, I ordered the scallops - they were perfectly cooked and the flavor combination with the chicken broth was delicious. Now for the main course - the Lamb Shank. I rarely order anything other than chicken or steak but I was feeling adventurous. I will honestly say I had an out of body experience eating this. It was the best piece of meat I've had in a long time! ;) The serving size was very generous - two very large cuts on top of multiple types of potatoes and just enough gravy.
