  • I've used the Super Shuttle a few times to get from my home in Pittsburgh to the airport. It's certainly a lot cheaper than a cab. I have always been picked up right on time. I'm normally the first person to be picked up as I'm a private residence... I'm not sure if that is normal or has just happened. Leaving the airport, I generally have been able to get a shuttle with in 20 mins. I just go to the kiosk and soon it will arrive. Also, I leave plenty of time between my drop off and pick up times. If for whatever reason I'm in a rush, I'll just take a cab.
