  • If I could I would give this store a negative rating. This place is SO MESSED UP. It has been lie after lie with these workers. -Customer Service Sucks -Insurance doesn't cover ANYTHING -The "International " coverage is pure garbage and you have no coverage once so ever. -They don't pay off your closing fees with your previous carriers like they state. -There are no deals, just hidden fees -They don't let you read the fine print - Nothing is free, that includes the gift cards they promise when you switch - When your lease is up, you are literally forced to upgrade or pay more to keep your phone. My credit got messed up because of these guys, not only have I talked to them all about it. But I have been mocked and lied to.
