  • The young lady I dealt with over the phone was friendly, helpful and professional -exactly what you want representing your business. The tech who responded to install my windshield was a different story. He performed the installation just fine--no complaints there. His demeanor was rude and standoffish. He gave every impression that he was miserable doing his job. Another tech who stopped by to help him place the windshield also gave me the receipt. He was a pleasant guy. My tech loaded up his tools and left without saying a word. I stood in my driveway wondering if he treated every customer this way.
