I went in along with my mother and husband. Christopher was our sales associate. At the end of it all, I ended up with an $843 cell phone bill for an upgraded phone and a $200 ipad mini. My husband had a $600 bill and my mother a $400 bill. $200 of each bill was accessory charges we were unaware of! You no longer review a charge nor do you receive a paper receipt to see before you walk out of the story. When the bill came out it was passed the 15 days of return for these items we were unaware had been charged. The store manager who was a male, was NOT WILLING TO HELP and verbally argued with me as well defending Christopher and telling me I was wrong...... I have been with Verizon 12 years and I never received such bad customer service. This was the only store I would purchase at. NOT ANYMORE.
