  • Their customer service is the best I've ever encountered! You basically can't go wrong with trying one of their mattresses. They have an amazing return policy where you get to try a mattress for 100 days and if you don't like it you get a full refund. Unfortunately the mattress I got did not work for me and took me a while to figure out it was not working out for my back... after almost 100 days I contacted their customer service and got an incredibly smooth, no questions asked return process and full reimbursement. They even sent a truck to pick up the mattress when it was convenient for me, and all this at no cost. The agent I talked to, Trevor Kuhles, was so great - very efficient and respectful, could not have asked for better. Even though it did not work for my weird back problems, I will certainly recommend Amerisleep to all my friends due to their incredible service and return policy.
