  • I rented a car from them, the total was 67 with a 50 dollar deposit. When I checked my bank account the next day, they charged me a 350.00 deposit causing my account to become overdrawn plus the 35 dollar overdraft fee. And when we returned it the next day, they charged an additional 20 because it was 2 hr.s late. When I called to get these problems resolved, I got the run-around. The guy mike clearly said 50 dollar deposit and said we could drop it off w/e the next day. It took forever to even rent the car, the guy returning his rental told me his car leaked gas and took enterprise 2hr.s to bring them a new one. I should've left right then. I'm left with a negative bank account and a big headache. Wish I would've went to rent-a-car instead. Btw, when I called my bank and explained what happened, the rep said they did the same thing to her!
