  • Arpa is a wonderful restaurant at the intersection of Church and Trade Streets. You can valet park on the Church St. side of the intersection, but more often than not, there is on-street parking available on the left side of the street on this block. The meters are free after 6 on weekdays and on weekends. This is a great place to take a date or to bring out-of-town guests. My girlfriend and I go there often, planning on ordering 2-3 tapas each and end up ordering 3-4 each...the menu is that good! The wine selection is wonderful as well.
