  • I called this store location 3 times before anyone picked up the phone. When a rep finally picked it up, not only she was short with her answers & constantly cutting me off while I was talking/asking questions. I asked to schedule an appointment and she immediately told me that they only had 2 reps working today. I understand that they might be busy during the holiday season, but there's definitely no reason to be rude whatsoever. I was ready to upgrade my phone but will definitely not go to this location.
