  • The idea of having fresh donuts outside of your usual suspect, ala Dunkins is not something I know too much of (Not that I'm too fond of donuts anyways!!). This place though was on my check out list for quite sometime. Suffice to say they don't disappoint! We got quite a few kinds of their daily batches. Most were Raised Fills as they like to call them (Apple, Lemon, Strawberry, Raspberry and Cookies n Creme one). Additionally we also tried on of their classic cake ones (Blueberry). Standout amongst the Filling ones was Apple! The delicate pieces of fruit perfectly blended in subtle compote all working oh so well with the cinnamon suger coating! Mmmmmmm... The rest were OK and tasted more like traditional jam based ones that you otherwise get elsewhere. The cake donut was surprisingly cakey and that's a good thing coz it tastes a lot better than your traditional doughy ones. For $1 each and $5 for half a dozen, you can't beat the value.
