Consumer beware!
After several unsuccessful attempts to reach this company I was unable to schedule an appointment to redeem my Groupon. Two out of the three phone calls I have made were returned over three days later. When Kim did answer on two occasions she explained to me that she was "in the middle of a session with a customer and would have to return my call". Very unprofessional to answer while you are with a client, perhaps she should invest in a receptionist. My third call was not returned at all.
Additionally, after I purchased my Groupon, I noticed that other customers have reported they had the same issue with this business in their Yelp reviews. Its unfortunate that I had not read the reviews before purchasing and that Groupon is allowing this business to continue to use their website despite their high number of negative reviews.
I obtained a refund from Groupon so I can enjoy a service or product from a company who is responsive.
