I love the hairstylist there but I'm a little upset that an appointment that was booked a month in advance was asked to be changed and ended up being cancelled.
It's already hard enough to get an appointment with her and booked in advance prior to an upcoming trip. Just received a call from receptionist asking me to change my date and asked what service I actually need to get done, makes a customer feel unimportant when you book and they don't even know what for (which either they didn't make note or just forgot). Stated that hairstylist was unavailable due to multiple reasons and asked either I can come in an even later date after my event that I need to attend or she wanted to pawn me off to someone else, and when nothing worked I told the receptionist to cancel and unable to reschedule. She was uncaring and just said okay and hung up.
