  • If you can go pick up & drop off during their hours, I suggest you stop by here to get a cheaper rate than the airport! Grab an Uber or taxi to this location-quick ride, not far at all. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because the poor customer service. I have rented from them a couple of times and the customer service could use some improvement. The last time I picked up a car, as soon as I drove a few blocks away the check engine light came on. I called them to let them the issue and they told me to take it to any garage and get it checked out. What?? Seriously? With that response, I turned back around to return the car. After I explained the situation I was again instructed that if I took it to a garage I could get it checked out-they were sure it was nothing. Ummm no. Not good enough answer. They swore the car was in good shape. Which I'm sure it may be but if I'm signed for the car and I knew I was going to traveling on the highway-that answer was not good enough for me. Finally someone agreed to check the car. They agreed that the check engine light was on and didn't know why. Finally after an hour wasted, an hour I could have been on the road, I was given a second car. Geez all that because I didn't want to drive around with a car with a check engine light for 4 days.
