I brought in my truck for an oil change dropping it off went okay. When I picked up my vehicle they lost my paperwork. While waiting for the cashier a line had formed behind me she told me they were looking for it and proceeded to help the person behind me. While helping that person my paperwork was brought in. Instead of helping me since I was here before everyone else she proceeded to finish through the line then after everyone was helped she called me up and said the amount due $35. I said no I wanted to speak to a manager. The manager was a rude arrogant jerk. He came in I explained the above and he said 'so you think you should get it for free then?' I told him that wasn't what I was trying to do but they could/should do something her service was horrible. Lost paperwork then making me wait behind people that were there behind me even after my paperwork had been recovered. He just made excuses. Then I said my experience would be reflected in my survey. He then gave the paperwork to the cashier and said fine I'll take care of it if getting it for free is perfect customer service then I'll take care of it. I was horrified at the rudeness. I have bought a truck and then take both my Chevy trucks there for service not anymore. My husband was in negotiating to buy another vehicle from you guys but passed. We will never return to this dealership for device or anything else. If I could give it a negative star rating I would.
