  • Skip this location. Visited on a weekend; poor service and they weren't even busy. No chocolate ice cream! Isn't this a stable for ice cream? Also no waffle cones. Sounds like the management isn't managing too well. Girls that worked there were not friendly nor helpful. I think the manager needs to be present a bit more often and get this usually good franchise up to par. Another woman came in to pick up her pre-ordered cake and they didn't have it ready. She was pretty disgusted. Next time, it's Baskin Robbins for me.
