  • Currently in Peet's on Detroit now, thought I'd throw in this review to strike some balance. Paul's little shitfit isn't doing anyone any good. Peet's offered a friendly atmosphere, responsive wi-fi, and good tea. I needed to come in and get some work done, and I was able to do just that. Distraction free. The Root Cafe across the street, while awesome in it's own right, was way too noisy today. Extra emphasis on the friendly. Staff was very warm, and seemed genuinely happy. Coincidentally they were giving away samples of their holiday blend. Neat. Will I go back-- def yes
