  • I looove this store and can easily spend hours in here, because of the product selection and very reasonable prices (especially compared to Sally Beauty!). Great prices for wax warmers, nail care implements, certain salon-grade hair care products, and foot care. The nail polish is slightly discounted, but the selection isn't as complete as places that charge more. They also carry some brands that can be hard to find in Canada, like Queen Helene! The staff is hit or miss. Some people are friendlier/more helpful than others. But I find that most of the time, I will be hugely upsold if I ask for advice (understandable, I guess), so I prefer to just browse on my own. They're good about leaving people alone once you say so. TIP: They apparently have a loyalty program where you get a stamp for every $25 you spend and get a $10 gift cert after 9 or 10 stamps. It's not that sweet a deal, but I'll take it, especially since their prices are quite fair to begin with. But I wish they told me about this the first 5 times I shopped here!!! I didn't find out until I asked if they had some kind of membership or loyalty program. So be sure to ask for it!
