  • Moved into a new home, had movers take stuff out of our storage unit and move into the home. I found out there were termites that ate thru one of the items. I wanted to make sure there was no way to infest the home. Called Action Termite immediately and within an hour, they had a guy out to inspect the items. Looks like there was no 'live' bugs (as I call them) and reassured me that they would die in a few days (even if there were any in there) without going back to their tunnel from where they came from. Gave me peace of mind. Because my house was a newly built home and pre-treated to prevent termites from infecting the home, he (Mike) even went to go as far as showing me in the electrical panel with the sticker to the company that had the warranty for the house. (a competitor!). He was more than happy to educate me on the issue and it was free consult!! So even though he didn't treat the home, he was very educated and very nice!! I would recommend them to any of my friends/family if they needed their service.
