  • Stay away! I purchased a Groupon for three IPL sessions for $169 and it was the worst decision I've ever made. Upon arrival, complete about 9 pages of paperwork. Wait for the technician to show up... 20 minutes later, technician had a cast fully covered to the fingers. Not impressed. Then she doesn't wash your face or her own hands. Proceeds with selling everything under the sun. Apparently, the procedure is slightly painful, but if you pay an extra $75 then you can get a numbing cream so that the procedure isn't as painful. On top of that, your skin will look red after the procedure, therefore you can pay another $50 for a calming mask. None of this was advertised on the Groupon. Still had to pay taxes on the Groupon but couldn't use my credit card unless I pay a minimum amount. I paid whatever minimum I had to pay (more than the taxes owed) and never went back for the second or third appointment. I've been to many other facials before to do the same procedure and it was super painful because their equipment is OLD AS FUNK. Newer technology does not require numbing cream. I should've walked out as soon as I saw the cast on the technician. Wishful thinking that things would get better. But no, the procedure lasted 10 minutes and was told to purchase the IPL package for $1200 when she didn't realise that she couldn't pay me to ever step foot in rejuvaderm ever again. For anyone looking to resurface skin like removing acne scars, sun spots and hyperpigmentation make sure to research a clinic that offers FRAC3 technology.
