  • Worst rental car place in Vegas. First off they give you directions to a parking garage instead of the actual rental place! it is required to pay for parking. Then they send a shuttle across the street to take you to the rental place! Waited 30 minutes in line to finally get assistance, once they break down all the hidden fees to you, $30 extra a day for their required insurance. On top of a bunch of airport fees. Now I'm a local and rent a lot of cars in Vegas, this was by far the worst service and overall experience for me. Let me also add that they are ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ACTUAL AIRPORT RENTAL LOCATION. Also love how Paola completely ignored the fact that they tell people you need to purchase their insurance, you do not need to purchase their insurance if you have your own. It's not required by law.
