For a hospital experience, I can't complain. Much better than the ER visit I had at Centennial Hills hospital a few months ago. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and efficient, never once did I feel uncomfortable with the care I was receiving.
I think how they do things in the ER is more efficient. No, you probably won't get a room very quickly, if at all..but if you had to wait for a room before treatment started then you would be here longer. They will call you back and forth from the waiting room for all your tests, exams and such which is fine by me.
It's an ER so I don't know what people expect as far as not waiting or hoping to be in and out in an hour or so?!
I took one star off because it was FREEZING in there. I had a sweater, boots and pants on and was still cold. This is being picky too.
