So made a 9am appointment. I was on time, had my car there by 9. They took my keys , told 45minutes to an hour. I go to get a cup of coffee and wait. I come back an hour later and I am told that it is just going in now. No explanation, no apology , just it will be 45 more minutes. Anthony, who was working the desk was not rude just did not care that I may have been inconvenienced at all. They had my phone number a phone call would have been nice. I brought my other car here about a month ago with no issue, which is why I came back to this particular Fletcher's. I am in the service / hospitality industry and get that things happen. An apology goes a long way...I need two new front tires which I was contemplating getting here but based on the service today I will be going to Discount Tire for that.
