  • Stopped in earlier today for their opening. Extremely clean and tidy inside. The gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. You could see there was a true passion for what they do. I ended up purchasing some salmon and a bone in rib-eye. The salmon was some of the best I've ever had, the staff recommended to slice a piece off raw and taste it before cooking and it literally melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious fish and incredibly fresh. The ribeye cooked perfectly and tasted unbelievable. All of the selections were of the highest quality and you could tell that the staff desired to only offer the greatest product available. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious fish and meat. Best of wishes to them in their operations and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
