  • DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!!! We left on our vacation pretty confident that our dogs were in good hands. Our dogs had been on medicine and the staff had instructions upon check in that the medicine was given ONCE A DAY. Upon check out the grand total was completely wrong and I asked for the medicine back and learned that there was none left because they gave them the pills TWICE A DAY! The girl that was responsible for the error since she was the one that checked them in and inputted all the instructuctions in the computer said "OH THEY WILL BE FINE" really........ one of our dogs is a senior and this could have really messed her up. We talked to management and nothing was done. We pretty much were brushed off . I know a lot of pet owners and I will for sure spread the word. UNACCEPTABLE
