  • I have traveled over 50 countries and I pretty much stayed on the best hotels I could have possible find however I doubt I have ever found a hotel that turned me off the way how Encore did . Starting by kicking out my 4 years old autist girl from the pool because she was topless - yeah , you read right - 4 years old was doing topless between adults drinking beer on the pool - kinda' of a huge deal bothering the adults . Second by getting 3 managers on the restaurant explaining me how I can't change my phone due to the liability policy - but I can buy theirs charger to be able to charge then all good ( and not a fancy restaurant - a beach one ) . The next awesome treat was when my dad wanted to sleep on the sofa - but they couldn't provide a bed sheet - just pillows ( should I remind that they messed up the reservation and I didn't had 2 Queen beds as I requested and payed for ? ) there are a bunch of stupid rules - which they don't have a really common sense - you will feel like being in a church than in Vegas . Hello , wake up people - this is Vegas and people come here to have fun and chill . Another one would be how a hostess look with such disrespect at my daughter wondering why we even attempt to go with a kid on theirs restaurant . My 10th time in Vegas at least and I am still shocked about the Encore staff attitude . Sad tho , considering the property is amazing and theirs restaurants have top notch food . They lost a frequent traveler coming to Vegas at least 7 times a year just because of theirs rude staff attitude .
