  • I was looking for a high end, unique stay in downtown Pittsburgh and I found that and more at Hotel Monaco. The aesthetics is like no other hotel and the service is absolutely stunning. I received handwritten notes from housekeeping and the front desk, as well as complimentary champagne. We had a King Corner room reserved and were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite!!! They went above and beyond to make us feel special. This was planned as a one-time Mom's weekend away, but I will definitely be returning soon for whatever reason I can muster. The rooms are clean, decor is amazing and the in-room dining is delicious. What really sets Hotel Monaco apart is the staff and their genuine interest and commitment to you enjoying your stay.
