  • I honestly cannot give this place enough stars. The food and ambiance are always on point. The owner Ryan is an absolutely lovely person. He always remembers us from our first visit back in 2014 to today. I want this place to succeed more than anything! We went for a date night recently and both got the Chashu ramen. There was a healthy amount of meat and the broth had so much flavor. It was really perfect for a cool fall night. We also split the shumai and that was yummy too. Will be a forever customer of this place. We still miss the original restaurant style but the ramen is still really tasty.
