Writing from a very sad, distressed new years. After battling cancer all year, we were looking forward to a weekend getaway to California. Due to weather, our flights were cancelled. Completely understandable as the weather was horrendous. However, they couldn't rebook us for a week and refused to look to book on other airlines! We missed our entire vacation and faced $100s of dollars of cancellation fees for our other reservations. When contacting Southwest, we were told they could do nothing. No points, no promotion codes, no credits. Nothing. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of concern.
