  • Went there as a party of 17 that made a reservation over a month prior. An hour and 15 minutes later we were finally seated but they sat us at 2 different tables despite the reservation to sit together. It then took an additional 15 minutes for a server to come to our table who blatantly told us that no one informed her we were there. (how do you miss a table of 17?!) At this point it was already 9:30 (with an 8pm reservation) so we decided to leave and go to Sullivan's steakhouse down the road. On the way out, the manager did not even so much as stop us or even apologize for the poor service. We watched several others walk out that night too. This place is relaying on their old school reviews and reputation and does not care about their customers at all.
