rev:text	Ken came out last week to spray.. This week I still have a ton of ants in my LR. I called, told him about the infestation, that I had sprayed and nearly all were dead. He said there was likely nothing he could do since he uses a bait. Fine, I say, may I call you if they come back? He says he'll still drop by since he's in the area. He arrives, sees that they are mostly dead, as I told him on the phone, and tells me there is nothing he can do, which I already knew. I, again, asked if I could call if they return. Ken let me know that this was a courtesy visit and that if I called for return service, I would be charged. This was " just me doing a favor because I was in the area". I did obtain my service for a discount and I did not agree to monthly service, perhaps this is why they are reluctant to stand behind their products and their service. I do know that with other pest control companies, I've never needed monthly service because their products work... the first time.
