  • Try somewhere else. I normally enjoy supporting family owned/ran businesses, so it is unfortunate I have to write this. My family have been going here for years and it has gotten worse at each visit. Two recent visits, the most recent was dine in and the service was horrible. Worse than when we called our order and picked up the food. So, if you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor by cooking an over priced meal then by all means, head over to J&K Gourmet on 2540 S Val Vista Rd in Gilbert AZ! They will provide poor service and act as if their job is to socialize with each other at the counter and if something was made wrong or is horrible they will make sure to act as if it was your mistake and look at you like you're an idiot. And to get a refill even on water, well you should just bring your own drinks since they will only be at your table four times. 1) to seat you; 2) take your order; 3) bring your food and 4) bring the bill. Anyway, you more than like will see a young girl who thinks she is one of your own teenage kids with the attitudes she gives. Good luck and with all the other Chinese food places around, try somewhere else.
