  • I would give zero stars if I could. I had milk to buy and went to the Starbucks counter to check out. This mule of a woman would not honor the price listed on my item. She said it was her system. Then says hold on. Walks back to the milk case and back. Twenty minutes later says you are right the skim milk is $1.99 andbthe others aren't. I said I just told you that. I said you couldn't have trusted my word as the customer? She said unfortunately not! I said that's why I shop at frys! She said that's fine!!! Oh well!! They have dreadful customer service skills! Why leave the customer for that long? What ? You say? Cuz she's gigantic and it took her that long to walk the isles? Unbelievable !!!!!! I will never ever spend another penny in albertsons! She made it known to me that they give a shit about customer service ( over .40 cents) she couldn't just honor it on the spot! Really?
