  • Sam's has a great price on tires. But the attitudes at this store are over the top. Called 4 different times to get help with ordering my tires. Each time the person told me something different. No consistency with information or customer service skills. If I had it to do over I would pay the extra money at a local place. Called the MGR no help there either. Unfortunately this is the closest Sam's to our house. It may be worth the drive just to get customer service.
