  • I am beyond happy with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We initially had a water heater issue that was easily fixed and after a discussion with my wife, we decided we wanted to continue an improvement and have a water softener installed. I called Benjamin Franklin back as they had provided an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Dekota showed up as expected and walked me through all of the work he'd be doing and provided information about the benefits I should expect as well as the warranty, maintenance and what I should expect from him during his visit. Another gentleman; Joe arrived to bring additional parts and provide some assistance. Joe was just as friendly and the two got right to work. I periodically went to see how things were going and observed these two men talking about their vocation with excitement and zeal. What techniques were becoming more utilized to provide better results, tools of the trade, tricks to getting the job done right and even poking fun at their diligence in cleaning and prepping pipe fittings. It was refreshing to hear such love for one's job. When you love what you do and you eat, sleep and breathe it, results from your labor not only produce a better quality end result, it shows your customers that you care and that means everything. Both of these gentlemen are welcome at my home anytime; and they will be requested back for future work when needed. I'd love to talk to their management to elaborate on what fine individuals these men are. The workmanship of the installation surpassed my expectations and I look forward to having cleaner, softer water.
