  • AWESOME Service. This is not your average auto shop at all. I scheduled an oil change for one vehicle but had mentioned I had an import vehicle we bought from a private party with some issues that I was worried about getting fixed because of the cost I had been quoted. They told me to bring it in. I was greeted by the owner and the manager and shown around the new facility which is immaculate. I gave permission for a diagnostic and when they called me back they had their list of issues, a great quote (much less than the dealer) and a game plan. They did nothing till I gave the ok to proceed and their tech and the location truly went out of their way to get it done. They had some pushback from Audi and had their corporate office step in to help! They even took it to Audi for to get software upgrades and a recall done. We are still mid-fix and they are continuing the outstanding customer service. The crew here is top-notch including Dominic the Service Manager who has been in constant contact with me
