  • I came to this property with my niece yesterday to check out the place and get more informations . My step daughter came a day before and according to her Her dad and I would love this place . Both My Niece and I were shock how they greeted us and the young lady who showed us around was very rude and not professional at all . She was very short with how she communicated with us and I kept my self very calm . I think this place needed to train their sales agent / Staffs for a better Customer Services so their future resident will feel welcome and comfortable to stay there . I asked her if she could show us a unit that we can see eventhough the one we wanted it hasn't done built yet and she replied No and I asked her again so you guys don't have any floor plans for us to see so we can see how the unit will look like and she said I can show you . So if I didn't ask she won't show us any unit . And when I asked her again so the unit we want it we need to come on the 18th and she said I don't know if it's still available and I was still being patient So you meant you guys only built 1 unit and she said yes and some of them will be done on the 28th . Again she would never explained to us if I didn't keep asking her questions . And the worse part was when we got to the car some older gentleman said hi to her and told her you have a good day and quickly she said you can say so with a rude tone . I can't imagine myself how any company will hire this young lady to work at the front office or sales .
