  • Without a doubt the best landlord I have dealt with in Champaign/Urbana/Savoy/Campus. I lived in a 2BD apartment in their Continental Plaza location. Everyone from the office staff, property managers and repair staff were wonderful. The apartments were well-maintained and clean and common areas were cleaned weekly by R&B employees. To give an example of how thoughtful this company is, there was a bad ice-storm anticipated for a weekday and at 6am that morning, when I left for work, the landlord had left giant buckets of salt by the front door for tenants to ensure walkways/parking lots would be safe. I highly recommend this company, I have no complaints and would happily live with them again.
