  • Beside the long wait in line at the drive thru (which had to do with a car ahead of us) my chai tea tastes like hot milk. This was unusual and I know I had the option to return it for another one, but I didn't feel like back tracking. The two stars is for the unsatisfactory drink which like I said, is not the norm. We were greeted at the window with an apology on the long wait which was due to a customer, not Starbucks. This won't stop me from returning to this particular store as I have always had great friendly service both in the store and at the drive thru.
