  • Besides the fact that Davids Bridal had discontinued BOTH of my wedding colors without any notification (they had all of my info in their system), They were not helpful at all. I brought my bridesmaids there to get their dresses (in the new, more available color I picked), and the girl that was "helping" us was also assigned to a bride. So needless to say, she spent more time with her other party. My girls ended up just ordering their dresses online because the girl didn't seem to understand their software and couldn't point us in the direction of dresses that would suit our needs. I had another bridesmaid that went there a couple days later. She left the shop in tears and is now wearing a dress that she already had that doesn't exactly match because nobody there could help her find a suitable dress in her price range. It is unfortunate that Davids Bridal seems to be the most convenient option but their customer service is non-existent.
