  • I'm only giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0. Wanted to work with this company because reviews seemed favorable. Rob, sales rep, came to our house and provided a timely quote and when we called to get a revised quote for another tile he was MIA. We left several messages - crickets. We called a few times and left a message with the showroom receptionist who said she'd pass on our message - we did this many times and never heard from anyone - again, crickets. We made another attempt this week and said our pool was drained and we were ready to go once we could confirm the pricing. We were told our message was being forwarded to the manager Sam and to the owner... it's no surprise we haven't heard from either!!! Have no idea how this company is still in business - awful awful awful customer service!!!! Don't waste your time - there are others who are a pleasure to work with, reliable and do quality work.
