  • Came to exchange an item for a different size. I am the only one in the store and there are 4 employees working, all standing at the cashier area. They all stand there staring at me weirdly, as I finally ask if the have my item in a smaller size. With a collective sigh, one of the girls goes to look for the item. Hands me something that is similar but not the same as my item and walks back to the cash area. So I say 'I'll just go try this on then'. Nobody says anything-still staring...4of them! What a weird experience! Every time I shop at Levi's, it's Weird!!
