The tasting menu took about 3 hours to get through that we ordered. Staff was amazing, they took me back in the kitchen to show me around. But I am not a huge French cuisine fan, and the food was overly bland. The bread cart was not that great. The theatrics of the restaurant was wonderful with their showmanship, use of dry ice etc. The flavors of the food could be a little better when you are paying 400 per person.
