  • Horrible. Period. I've been here for a year and the experience has just been bad. When I first moved in they didn't even have my apartment ready in time. The biggest 3 issues that this complex has are: 1) NO Night time security 2) Faulty Appliances 3) Miscommunication and POOR management staff. 1 - The reasonable rent and nighttime security seemed nice, until they raised rent $50 and took away night time security. My girlfriends car was stolen, there is constantly shady people around the complex at night, and the police are here at least twice a week having to handle problems. 2- When I first moved in there were numerous issues with my appliances. The refrigerator was using a ridiculous amount of power and the coldest is got was 72 degrees, the service request was not handled until about a month and even then I had someone come every two months to fix it. The water heater was not providing hot water. And the bathroom cabinets under the sink were not constructed properly. They had to send the maintenance man to come nail everything in properly. 3. The miscommunication is TERRIBLE here. When I moved in the non renewal notice was 30 days and then when my lease is finally up I'm told that it's now a 60 day warranty and if I want to leave I needed to pay 4 months of rent including the new month that was about to start. I was told by a rep that it was only 30 days and when I tried to call her out that she said that she just randomly "isn't with the company anymore." Additionally when I first moved in they were redoing the parking lot and put a sign notifying where to not park your car, or else it will be towed. But the person in the front office filled it out incorrectly with incorrect data and numerous tenets including myself had our cars towed to the other side of town. To sum it up this place is terrible. It wasn't so bad when I first moved in but within a year it's gone to sh*t and the owner doesn't care about the tenants. DON'T move in here, unless you DESPERATELY need somewhere to live it's not worth it. Even if so only do a 4 month lease. This place is just a headache with drug addicts aimlessly wandering at night. Oh yeah and also NO ONE CLEANS UP THE TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT SO IT LOOKS GROSS OUTSIDE, DON'T INVITE ANYONE OVER.
