rev:text	DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY poor customer service.The worse experience of my life. I ordered candy on a Monday to be delivered by Thursday or Friday. Because the order was over 250.00 they had to verify the order. Not to mention the shipping alone was 100.00 for express 3-4 day service. Which brought my order to a total of 324.00 The company called one time and left a message stating they needed to verify my order. They never emailed me nor followed up. I was out of the country so I didn't get the message until Wednesday the day before I was expecting delivery. I was not able to get in contact with these people until Thursday evening because of their hours of operation and my travel schedule. I ended up speaking to Barb who said she owned the company. She refused to ship my Candy next day air. Told me it was not her problem. she was not apologetic. A very frustrating telephone conversation. that ended with me having to cancel my order. Which they were very happy to do. At one point during our conversation I mentioned how expensive their shipping was compared to other companies, giving them a reason to send my candy next day air. Barb asked me why didn't I order from somewhere else??? Really ? is this a question you ask a potential customer? I told her I did in fact order from another company as well.... Also I should point out on the website the company advertises free shipping on orders over 250.00. Go figure ...So you couldn't ship my package next day air ??? Really? This company needs a class in customer service.... very disappointed.
