1. Ordered Slingbox 500 on 11/20,and got an e-mailed order confirmation instantly.
2. I e-mailed on 11/26 to check the status of my order and rec'd no response.
3. I called on 12/5 to see where my order was, and received a story that there was a problem with the vendor and the vendor has been removed from their site. They claimed that my order has now been canceled and will not honor it.
